We are looking for chemical dependency technicians, assistants to work with the care and support of adolescents in a residential programs. Shift work: am, afternoon and overnight. Close team & supportive environment. We have several locations in the Metro: Blaine, Plymouth.

Must have 2 years chemical use free along with high school diploma.

Primary Counselor: Licensed Alcohol And Drug Counselor (LADC) - Blaine

Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor – LADC position available at our Blaine location- working with adolescents. We are currently looking for a full time Primary Counseling LADC.

Our primary counselor works with clients who are currently in Residential or Outpatient treatment at our Blaine location. This position is full time, M-F. The duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assessment of chemical use problems and intake procedures
  • Creation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans and weekly reviews
  • Deliver psycho-educational lectures
  • Maintain own caseload and facilitate group and individual therapy on a daily basis
  • Facilitate individual family sessions and family lecture
  • Provide Service coordination and Case management services for each client
  • Utilize current evidence base clinical interventions and counseling theories

Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold ADCT or LADC
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited chemical dependency counselor training program
  • Documented 12 required hours of Mental Health training for alcohol and drug counselors
  • Working knowledge of the ASAM Six Dimensions
  • 30 Hours of Adolescent Development training, usually fulfilled through education.
  • 150 hours of supervised practice working with adolescents.

Continuing Outpatient Program Counselor- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) - Blaine

Continuing Outpatient Program Counselor: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) at our Blaine location- working with adolescents. This position is full time.

Our continuing outpatient counselor manages clients who have already completed residential or outpatient intensive treatment. The program operates in the evening conducting group therapy or individual sessions. The primary responsibilities include, group, individual counseling, treatment planning and family sessions. The counselor will be responsible for coordinating the care of clients in a low intensity setting. This position may include assistance in our primary IOP & Residential (combined) program conducting assessments or lectures as well.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing continuing outpatient programming (evening group and individual counseling)
  • Creation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans and reviews
  • Facilitate individual family sessions
  • Provide Service coordination and Case management services for each client
  • Utilize current evidence base clinical interventions and counseling theories
