Does Insurance Pay For Rehab?

Our programs work with most insurance plans, and we can help you navigate insurance requirements. We can also assist you in utilizing additional funds, such as Rule 24 if you qualify.

As part of the review process (we call it pre-screen), On Belay House/Anthony Louis Center will gather information on the potential client’s funding source, including their current insurance information, benefits, and any other funding options. Insurance benefits and payment options will be made available to families through the business office or call us at 763-542-9212. We accept insurance, managed care, HMO, private payments, and county funding through consolidated treatment funds (Rule 25/CCDTF).
